A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. He has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career, and Noto will mix it up in all different types of contests. On weekends, Taylor Smith will guide you through those NBA streets. So, who better to walk you through the madness of an NBA DFS slate? Core Plays LIVE will zoom out on the slate as a whole, zoom in on the best NBA DFS picks, and constantly update as news breaks. Whether you are diving into the slate 5 hours before it starts or 5 minutes before it starts, you’ve come to the right place.
We’re back with a bit more hardwood action than we had on Saturday. DraftKings and FanDuel are both rolling with 8-game slates tipping off at 6 ET tonight. Several of these contests feature double-digit point spreads, while others have legitimate playoff implications as we enter the home stretch of the regular season.
Let’s take a deeper dive into the 16 teams we’re looking at tonight.

News Updates
Here’s where I’ll provide news updates.
Team Previews
Los Angeles Clippers (at CHA): The Clippers are 14.5-point favorites today in Charlotte, though they certainly haven’t been in the best form of late. The issue is they’re fully healthy for this game, and there is legit blowout potential considering how terrible the Hornets are. I suppose you can always make a case for Kawhi Leonard, James Harden, or Paul George as individual GPP dart throws in a plus spot, while I don’t mind a dusting of the $5,300 Ivica Zubac in DK GPPs. All things considered, though, this looks like a team of tournament plays.
Charlotte Hornets (vs. LAC): Charlotte’s 100 implied team total is among the lowest on the slate, and they’re still dealing with the same rash of backcourt injuries they’ve been dealing with for quite some time. Vasilije Micic is still cheap enough to target if you’re shopping in that price range, while salaries have come down a little on Miles Bridges and Brandon Miller around the industry. This is a tough matchup, though, and not a particularly compelling team overall on such a large slate.
