NBA Player Props Today – Friday, January 26, 2024

Tim Hardaway Over/Under 25.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

Kyrie Irving was reportedly absent from shootaround earlier today, which all but guarantees that he will be on the sidelines this evening. According to RotoGrinders CourtIQ, Tim Hardaway (+1.8%) sees the largest increase in usage of any player on the Dallas roster when Irving is not on the floor this season. In such situations, Hardaway is averaging 22.5 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per 36 minutes of action. In 15 games with Irving inactive this season, Hardaway has posted at least 26 points + rebounds + assists 10 times. In a favorable matchup against the defensively-challenged Hawks, Hardaway should be able to deliver for bettors.

Editor’s note: Irving has been ruled out.

Jarrett Allen Over/Under 11.5 Rebounds

Evan Mobley and Darius Garland have both been out since the middle of December, during which Jarrett Allen is averaging 12.8 rebounds on 20.4 rebound chances per contest. In his last 13 games, Allen has been even better – averaging 14.1 rebounds and 21.5 rebound chances per contest. Entering play on Friday, he has recorded at least 11 rebounds in 13 consecutive games and at least 12 rebounds 10 times in that stretch. The Bucks have been mediocre on the glass of late, ranking 15th in rebound percentage and 17th in opponent rebounds per game during the last month. Allen is a worthwhile risk in this spot.

CJ McCollum Over/Under 18.5 Points

Playing at home this season, CJ McCollum has eclipsed this market number 9 times in 17 games, including a 33-point performance earlier this week against the Jazz. Tonight, McCollum gets a favorable matchup against a Thunder team that has struggled to get stops on the road – ranking 18th in defensive efficiency across the last month of action. Opposing guards have had success against Oklahoma City of late, with Collin Sexton scoring 31 points, Jordan Poole scoring 24 points, and Spencer Dinwiddie scoring 23 points as a few notable examples from recent weeks. McCollum is positioned well for a big night to start the weekend.
