NBA Player Props Today – Tuesday, March 11, 2025

Cam Thomas UNDER 22.5 Points (-110, bet365)

Thomas has played well this month in his return from injury. Yet it remains to be seen if he can continue to score at such an impressive per-minute rate. Prior to getting hurt in late November, Thomas was averaging 24.7 points on 17.5 field goal attempts in 33.4 minutes per game. During March, Thomas is averaging only 27.2 minutes, but his 18.3 field goal attempts per game represent a significant per-minute uptick in shooting volume.

Thomas is likely to remain on a minutes restriction for the foreseeable future to keep him healthy to finish the regular season. Tonight, he draws a tough matchup against the Cavaliers in what could turn into a blowout. There are a number of ways in which Thomas could go under this number.

Jordan Poole UNDER 21.5 Points (-115, BetMGM)

Poole was once viewed as someone who could be a key contributor for Washington in the next era of competitive Wizards basketball. Two years into his tenure with the Wizards (with the worst record in the Eastern Conference), the initial optimism surrounding his potential impact with the organization is beginning to dwindle.

During the final month of this year’s regular season, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the Wizards opt to give more playing time to other members of the roster, both in an effort to give other players opportunities to showcase themselves and to help their tanking strategy. Poole played only 23 minutes on Monday against the Raptors in a relatively competitive game script. If he continues to see his workload reduced going forward, this number is simply too high for his points prop.

James Harden UNDER 25.5 Points (-125, bet365)

Harden enters play on Tuesday having scored 27+ points in each of his last 3 contests, but it’s unlikely that he’s able to continue this run of elite scoring for much longer. Harden, now 35 years old, is averaging 38.8 minutes per game to begin March, which included a 44-minute effort this past Sunday in an overtime win against the Kings.

The Clippers are undoubtedly hoping to sneak into the 6-seed in the Western Conference playoffs to avoid having to participate in the play-in tournament, but they are unlikely to prioritize that over keeping Harden healthy for the most meaningful games of the season. Los Angeles has a 6-game buffer over the 11-seed in the conference, meaning that they are in virtually no danger of missing the play-in tournament altogether.

This could be a spot where Harden is able to play slightly fewer minutes, with the Clippers favored by 7 points. Even if it’s a competitive game, the coaching staff may look to reduce Harden’s workload a little bit. There are reasons to like the under.
