NBA Player Props Today – Tuesday, November 12, 2024
- Stephen Curry Over/Under 3.5 Rebounds
- Giannis Antetokounmpo Over/Under 7.5 Assists
- Devin Booker Over/Under 7.5 Assists
Stephen Curry OVER 3.5 Rebounds (-155, BetMGM)
Stephen Curry has eclipsed this market number in 4 of 7 games to begin the new campaign, and there is a strong argument to be made that he should be 6 for 7 to the over. Curry had 3 rebounds against Utah and Washington but had 7 rebound chances in both of those contests. Tonight, he gets a favorable matchup against a Dallas team that has allowed the 5th-most rebounds per game to opposing guards this year. Factor in that this is an NBA Cup game, and it’s possible Curry sees a little bit more court time as well. This prop should have a great chance to hit.
Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 7.5 Assists (+115, DraftKings)
Giannis Antetokounmpo only has 1 game this season with 8+ assists, but the absence of Damian Lillard tonight could lead to him operating as more of a facilitator than usual. Last year, Antetokounmpo had 8+ assists in 4 of the 8 games that Lillard missed. Per RotoGrinders CourtIQ, Antetokounmpo averaged 7.3 assists per 36 minutes overall with Lillard off of the court last season. This year, Antetokounmpo has been even more impressive in such situations, averaging 7.8 assists per 36 minutes with Lillard off of the court. This could be a worthwhile risk at plus money.
Devin Booker OVER 7.5 Assists (-125, FanDuel)
Devin Booker enters play on Tuesday having posted 8+ assists in 5 of his last 6 games, including a pair of games with 12 assists during that stretch. The continued absence of Kevin Durant should allow Booker to remain a primary facilitator in this Phoenix offense, which gets a favorable matchup against Utah this evening. The Jazz rank 22nd in defensive rating and have played at the 7th- quickest pace in the league so far this season. Booker is averaging 8.5 assists per 36 minutes of action this year with Durant off of the floor. The math checks out.
