NBA Player Props for Tuesday, 11/4: Best Bets & Predictions Today

What kind of performances can we expect from Ayo Dosunmu, Tyrese Maxey, and Quentin Grimes? Follow along as our NBA betting analyst, Nick Galaida, breaks down three of his favorite NBA prop bets for Tuesday, November 4th. Tuesday’s NBA slate features 6 games highlighted by a Peacock doubleheader – beginning with the Magic against the Hawks at 8:00 p.m. ET, followed by the Thunder against the Clippers.
As always, it’s important to keep an eye on the NBA injury report ahead of this evening’s action. Jimmy Butler, Jakob Poeltl, and Lu Dort are just 3 of the more notable names who are questionable as of this writing.
High-usage players being ruled out creates plenty of opportunities in the player prop market and on the DFS scene.
Below, you can find 3 of my favorite picks for Tuesday, November 4th!

Best NBA Player Props for Tuesday, November 4th
Here are my top player prop bets for today, with tip-off scheduled for 7:30 PM ET on Tuesday, November 4th:
- Ayo Dosunmu Over/Under 13.5 Points
- Tyrese Maxey Over/Under 27.5 Points
- Quentin Grimes Over/Under 3.5 Rebounds
Ayo Dosunmu UNDER 13.5 Points (-120, bet365)
Dosunmu is averaging 16.2 points per game to begin the new campaign, but it remains to be seen if he can continue to be hyper-efficient shooting the basketball. In 5 games this season, Dosunmu is shooting 57.7% from the field, including 47.6% from 3-point territory. He’s only 50.3% from the floor in his career, including 36.4% from long range.
Dosunmu hasn’t had tremendous shooting volume of late, maxing out at 10 shot attempts since the team’s season opener. If he continues to see relatively low volume, his scoring average is likely to come down quite a bit in the coming weeks – perhaps as soon as this evening.
Tyrese Maxey UNDER 27.5 Points (-117, DraftKings)
Last week, we took the under points, rebounds, and Assists (PRA) on Maxey in this article – the read on the points was good, but he filled up the stat sheet elsewhere, leading to a loss.
This evening, we are going back to the well, but isolating the points. Maxey has gone over this number in 3 of 4 games this season with Embiid active, but he’s been unsustainably efficient with his opportunities from the floor. Any amount of negative regression in terms of efficiency should be enough to keep Maxey under 27.5 points in this matchup.
Quentin Grimes OVER 3.5 Rebounds (+108, FanDuel)
Grimes had only 2 rebounds on Friday with Joel Embiid active, but he still had 6 rebound chances. In 4 games with Embiid active this season, Grimes has had 7, 9, 12, and 6 rebound chances, indicating a consistent involvement on the glass.
Chicago ranks only 20th in opponent rebounds allowed per game to guards this season. At plus money, this is decent value.
