NBA PrizePicks Player Predictions for Tuesday (12/10)
I’m here to share a few of my (free!) top picks for today’s NBA slate on PrizePicks. Most of these predictions are heavily based on our projections, but we can also find an extra edge by watching games and recognizing certain intricacies before the market is able to react. Be mindful of the fact that the news cycle in the NBA is fluid, so the picks below may become more or less appealing depending on player availability. But rest assured that our NBA DFS projections team is making updates as soon as news breaks.
We have 2 games on the schedule as the NBA is set to tip off on 12/10. Below, I’ll detail how I’m approaching things on PrizePicks this Tuesday evening.

PrizePicks – one of the most popular DFS pick’em sites – provides player projections for NBA matchups each day. The ball is then in our court to decide whether a player will ultimately exceed or fall short of those projections in the games. With a huge roster of players available from which to choose, we just need to make a minimum of two picks to build an entry.
I’ll break down the board by looking at factors like usage rates, projected pace, lines in the sports betting market, and of course, our RotoGrinders projections to forecast how NBA players might fare in categories like points, rebounds, and assists. Magic vs. Bucks NBA PrizePicks Predictions
Here are the Magic vs. Bucks NBA PrizePicks predictions for tonight:
Brook Lopez Less Than 14.5 Points + Rebounds
Lopez’s matchup against the Orlando Magic positions this as one of the most favorable picks of the slate. With Orlando ranked 1st in defensive rating and 25th in pace, the opportunities for Lopez to exceed 14.5 combined points and rebounds are limited.
The Bucks, facing a depleted Magic lineup missing key players such as Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero, are likely to rely on Lopez’s size, but the defensive context caps his upside. This pick has a 67.28% win probability and offers a 9.54% edge.
Brook Lopez Less Than 9.5 Points
This pick also leans on Lopez’s diminished role against Orlando’s defensive prowess. With a 66.01% win probability and an 8.28% edge, taking less than 9.5 points makes a lot of sense. Orlando’s slow pace and their ability to neutralize scoring threats align well with our projection. The Magic’s top defensive rating ensures that even if Lopez sees increased touches, his scoring output is likely to stay under the mark.
Moritz Wagner Less Than 13.5 Points + Assists
Wagner benefits from the absence of Franz Wagner and Paolo Banchero, but Milwaukee’s defense presents a tough challenge. Despite his likely expanded role, our projections still like him to stay below this PrizePicks number, and the pick has a 65.65% win probability and a 7.92% edge.
The Bucks’ 14th-ranked defense and size advantage inside further complicate Wagner’s path to exceeding this projection. Also, Orlando’s slow pace and potential focus on Cole Anthony and Jalen Suggs as their primary offensive contributors could limit Wagner’s opportunities.
