NBA Same Game Parlay Picks Today
- Tyrese Haliburton OVER 19.5 Points
- LeBron James OVER 23.5 Points
- Los Angeles Lakers Moneyline
- PAYOUT: +101
Tyrese Haliburton OVER 19.5 Points (-1400)
In six NBA In-Season Tournament games, Tyrese Haliburton is averaging 27.8 points per contest on a team-leading 18.3 field goal attempts per game. Though the Lakers have been the league’s best defense in the tournament, Haliburton should have little trouble hitting the over at this alt-line considering his volume and the fact that the Lakers’ defense is most vulnerable on the perimeter, which is where over half of his shot attempts come from.
LeBron James OVER 23.5 Points (-490)
LeBron James has publicly stated numerous times that an In-Season Tournament championship would mean something to him and that it is an accomplishment that he would like to achieve this year. Assessing his play from his first six In-Season Tournament games, we should take him at his word. He has been ultra efficient from the field, shooting 58.8% on field goals while averaging 26.8 points per game on a team-leading 16.2 field goal attempts per contest. Across the last month, the Pacers have allowed the most opponent free throw attempts per game of any team in the league, which should afford James some extra opportunities at the charity stripe, even if his shot isn’t falling from the field. This alt-line is a worthwhile inclusion in today’s parlay.
Los Angeles Lakers Moneyline (-178)
Both the Pacers and Lakers are 6-0 entering play this evening, but like anything, there are levels to this. The Lakers have outscored their opponents by 20.2 points per 100 possessions in their In-Season Tournament action while the Pacers have outscored their opponents by only 10.0 points per 100 possessions. Los Angeles is a better rebounding team, and they are far better equipped defensively in this matchup. LeBron James and company should be able to find a way to win tonight.
