15. Delaware vs. 2. Villanova

PICK: Justin Moore OVER 24.7 Fantasy Points

In what is projected to be a reasonably close game, one in which we can assume 34-36 minutes for Justin Moore, this line is just too low. I have Moore projected around 29 fantasy points and this is a guy who is not very volatile. While he does not have the best upside, he is the perfect kind of play because he hits near his mean quite frequently and we have nearly a 5 point discrepancy to work with. Delaware is 212th in defensive efficiency and allow opponents to get off looks from 3, so no matchup concerns. Moore is one of the primary cogs for Nova and should have a big role in what should be a solid opening round win for the Wildcats. – Alex Hardin

10. Loyola-Chicago vs. 7. Ohio State

PICK: Lucas Williamson Over 12.5 Points

I think you can side with the fantasy points here if you prefer, as we have Williamson projected for several points over this line. But in a good matchup for the Ramblers here against a sketchy Buckeye defense, Williamson should be able to grind out a strong performance. He’s an extremely experienced and efficient offensive player (60% true shooting), and he should play nearly the entire game in the must-win tournament setting. Ohio St. is down to 132nd in defense per KenPom, and this line is several points higher on every other site, so we are getting some good value here on PrizePicks. – Erik Beimfohr

16. Wright State vs. 1. Arizona

PICK: Grant Basile Under 27.5 Points, Rebounds & Assists

Basile is a really fun and active mid-major player, but this spot is brutal for him against Arizona’s interior. This line is essentially at Basile’s season average, which he obviously put together against a Horizon League schedule that’s not quite the same level as Arizona. Arizona plays one of the fastest tempos in the country, so there should be scoring, but Basile draws the tougher end of the matchup against a loaded Wildcats frontcourt with Christian Koloko, Azuolas Tubelis and even Oumar Ballo all representing huge bodies that are extremely active. It’s a really tough spot for Basile to maintain his production from the season, and there’s massive foul risk against those bigs (and aggressive perimeter slashers like Ben Mathurin). – Erik Beimfohr
