As we slog our way through the massive NFL bye weeks, some of the decisions that we have had to make feel suboptimal at the time. When you remove 25% of the player pool (and then cut off another 10% of that for the main DraftKings slate), the available players to select are going to have a weirder range of outcomes. Stafford is the 3rd most expensive quarterback and costs less than only Dak Prescott on the road against Atlanta and Drew Brees on the road at Buffalo. Brees on the road is already not a great fantasy proposition and having him play in frigid temperatures against a solid pass defense means that I do not think he can be considered optimal.
