Noto's NFL DFS Key Personnel: Week 4

Golden of the Packers

A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. So, who better to walk you through all of the key NFL DFS positions each week? Noto has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career, and he will mix it up in all different types of contests. In his Key Personnel article for Week 4, he will walk you through his favorite NFL DFS picks, ways to pivot away from the chalk, and overall strategy for the upcoming featured slate.

My people!

I hope you had a great Week 3. It was my best week of the season by far, and my co-hosts (Kirk and Beer) on the Tournament Takes show also had big weeks. If you want to check out that show, we record every Saturday. You can watch live or find the video/podcast for playback. On the show and in this article, we got more right than wrong, which is really all we can ask for when it comes to NFL DFS.

We have another fun slate on tap for Week 4. Some injuries have opened up value at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, so the pricing feels a bit softer than it has over the last two weeks. With an abundance of value, there are a lot of strong mid-range plays that are getting overlooked. We’ll cover my favorites throughout this article. I’ll also give my favorite stacks and my thoughts on ownership at each position.

If you ever have a question, send me a DM on X or in the RG Discord.

Let’s dive into the Week 4 slate!

NFL DFS Top Picks & Plays: Noto’s Key Personnel for Week 4

Keep an eye on the table below each week, as I added Jaylen Warren as a Strong Play late last week. Once again, this table lists my favorite plays of the slate by position and by category. It also features the key injuries for the week. I will update the table until lineup lock.

Top Quarterback Plays

Tier 1 – Core Plays

Allen of the Bills

If you can find the salary (very possible thanks to the value at wide receiver), Josh Allen ($7,700 DK / $9,100 FD) is a tremendous starting point for lineups. The best part is that thanks to his rushing upside, you don’t have to pair him up with any of his pass catchers. He already has 28 rushes for 114 yards and 6 touchdowns. I don’t expect him to score 2 rushing touchdowns every week, but this team will score a ton of points this season. Their offense is elite, and their defense is awful. That’s a perfect recipe for fantasy production. Even though this isn’t a great matchup on paper, Allen has an elite track record against the Patriots (20+ fantasy points in 5 of their last 6 meetings).

Jacoby Brissett ($5,000 DK / $6,800 FD) was a fun story last season, but nobody expected him to sustain that in 2026. I’m not sure why we were sleeping on him, as he has elite weapons to throw the ball to and a defense that allows a bunch of points. Dating back to last season, Brissett has topped 20 fantasy points in 10 of his last 15 games. That’s elite production for a quarterback at his price point. It’s hard not to like the matchup against the Giants, who are 27th in EPA allowed per dropback and are now missing one of their best EDGE rushers.

Tier 2 – Strong Plays

Lawrence of the Jaguars

The Jaguars-Bengals game has the highest total on the board, so I expect it to garner a bunch of ownership this week. While I like some pieces, I do have some concerns. The Jaguars have played at a very slow pace, and both defenses have been solid in the first 3 games of the season. For those reasons, I view Trevor Lawrence ($5,900 DK / $7,900 FD) as a strong play but not an elite one. He has a ton of weapons at his disposal and an easy stacking partner in Parker Washington. While Cincinnati is 9th in EPA allowed per dropback, they got torched by Aaron Rodgers last week. The hope here is that the Bengals score early and speed up the pace of the game.

The Texans are one of my favorite defenses on this slate, yet Dak Prescott ($6,400 DK / $8,100 FD) is one of my favorite quarterbacks on this slate. The game script and matchup should set up extremely well for both, even though that sounds a bit backwards. The Texans have been elite against the run yet are 21st in EPA allowed per dropback and 27th in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks. The Cowboys haven’t been able to stop anyone defensively, which should lead to a pass-heavy game plan. Prescott has some of the best weapons in the NFL, and this week’s game will be played indoors. This one has sneaky shootout potential with Nico Collins returning for Houston.
