What is your favorite game-script build and why?
Notorious: My favorite game script is the Buccaneers jumping out to an early lead. I like all players in their offense, but I am mainly going to be targeting the passing game for the Cowboys. If they fall behind early, they should have a pass-heavy game script against a team that has really struggled to defend quarterbacks, wide receivers, and tight ends this season.
ncorfield8k: I think the Cowboys struggle on the ground and this becomes an air raid on both sides. I’ll be playing stacking both quarterbacks quite a bit. The defenses could also have some takeaways here. Baker Mayfield has been good, but he has also thrown 14 interceptions in 14 games, so I will have plenty of lineups with the stack and the opposing defense in the same lineup.
Davis Mattek: The Cowboys offense has been a bit more competent than we would expect with Cooper Rush at QB. The Buccaneers are without Cade Otton, which will make them a bit less effective. I am imagining a sort of 28-24 game that is much sloppier than the box score appears, where both teams find some splash plays but can’t hold on to these long, intricate 10+ yard-per-play drives.
Bobby Gomes: My favorite game script build will be to lean on the Bucs’ run game that has been one of the best in league with Bucky Irving and Rachaad White. But I would be foolish not to have double stacks that feature Mike Evans, and Jalen McMillan against a shorthanded Cowboys secondary . The Cowboys are a middle-of-the-road offense at best. I am leaning toward Bucs onslaughts and including their D/ST and kicker to get different. That said, CeeDee Lamb will be my highest-owned Cowboy by a mile.
What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

About the Author
Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
