NFL DFS Showdown Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Sunday Night Football

What is your favorite game-script build and why?

squirrelpatrol: I think San Francisco has the better team here, and they have the home field advantage, but both teams have outstanding defenses, and this game should remain competitive throughout. I see the 49ers pulling out a close game, and Christian McCaffrey is the player most likely to find the end zone for the home team.

Notorious: If both teams live up to expectations, this could be one of the best regular season games that we have seen so far this season. My favorite game script is one that stays competitive for four quarters. Rather than doing an onslaught, I like the idea of an equal build with Cowboys and Niners.

TastefulTides: I think that this game is going to stay close throughout, which may lead to more drop backs for both quarterbacks. With that being said, it’s the primary RBs that should steal the show. Both Tony Pollard and Christian McCaffrey should see a ton of touches. Eventually, the 49ers should edge out the Cowboys due to home field advantage and a better overall offense.

TJ Zwarych: This game features two really strong defenses, but I think the 49ers are a different class of team than the Cowboys. Christian McCaffrey will be a feature in all of my lineups, as I expect the 49ers to take the win. But I’ll also be overweight on both kickers, as this will likely be a low-scoring, strong defensive game.

He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
