NFL DFS Showdown Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Sunday Night Football

What is your favorite game-script build and why?

squirrelpatrol: This should be a high-scoring game with two of the best QBs in the league and some of the biggest names in the NFL on offense. I see the Bengals winning the game behind a balanced attack on offense involving their three primary weapons, Ja’Marr Chase, Joe Mixon, and Tee Higgins.

Notorious: I expect this game to be very competitive, so this is a rare showdown slate where I won’t be building onslaughts. I actually think whichever team gets behind first will end up being the more productive team in DFS.

TastefulTides: Finally a primetime game that I can get excited to watch. This should be a very close game throughout, with plenty of fantasy points on both sides. This will be all about the passing attack on both teams and getting as much exposure to it as possible.

TJ Zwarych: Two of the top teams in the AFC are going head-to-head in what I expect to be a close game in which both offenses are able to get things done. There may be a few turnovers, and it might not be a full-blown shootout, but I expect both Joe Burrow and Josh Allen to have great games through the air.

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
