NFL DFS Showdown Picks: DraftKings & FanDuel Expert Survey for Sunday Night Football

What is your favorite game-script build and why?

squirrelpatrol: I think Baltimore is the far superior team, and I expect Lamar Jackson to look outstanding facing a Chargers defense that allows the most passing yards per game in the NFL. Zay Flowers should continue to be his primary target, but I expect the peripheral wide receivers to get involved as well, and Keaton Mitchell should continue to look good running the ball.

Notorious: I don’t have a super strong take on this game other than I expect the Chargers to be competitive. They do this every single season — they lose a bunch of games that they shouldn’t, and then when everyone counts them out, they start reeling off big wins.

TastefulTides: The Chargers pass defense is about as bad as it gets, and even though Lamar Jackson can do everything with his legs, I think he will have success in the air as well. With this game being played at home, I expect the Chargers will be able to respond. This game will be a shootout, with both QBs getting a lot of fantasy production.

TJ Zwarych: The Ravens have been fantastic offensively, and the Chargers haven’t been able to stop anyone at all. I think the Ravens take an early lead behind Lamar Jackson and their running backs, while the Chargers put up some points in a failed comeback attempt.

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
