Noto's Key Personnel: Week 16 - Christmas Slate
A daily fantasy sports OG, Notorious has been roaming the DFS streets ever since they were invented. So, who better to walk you through all of the key NFL DFS positions each week? Noto has racked up multiple live final seats and several six-figure tournament wins in his DFS career, and he will mix it up in all different types of contests. In his Key Personnel article, he will walk you through his favorite NFL DFS picks, ways to pivot away from the chalk, and overall strategy for the upcoming slate.
While I love Christmas Day, the best part of the holiday is the time leading up to it. The decorating, the shopping, the traditions, and everything else that comes with it. I’ve never been a big fan of New Years, so there’s a big letdown every year when Christmas is over. Luckily, we get a full day of basketball and a full day of football to sweat while we are enjoying the day with friends and family. This is also a good time to say thanks, and I owe all of you a big thanks for reading my content throughout the years.
Cheers to Christmas and cheers to a profitable DFS slate. Let’s dive into my favorite plays at each position.

Quarterback
SANTA TAGS
Jalen Hurts: $8,000 DK / $9,000 FD
I only have one quarterback tagged on this slate because I much prefer Hurts over the other options. This doesn’t mean he’s an absolute lock, but I will be using him in my main lineup and in most of my tournament lineups. The Eagles are reeling after losses to the Niners, Cowboys, and Seahawks. They are now tied with the Cowboys for the division lead. They return home for the ultimate bounce-back spot against the Giants. In addition to the passing upside, Hurts has double-digit rushing attempts in 4 of his last 6 games. And on top of that, the tush push remains undefeated. Hurts already has 14 rushing touchdowns on the season.
ELF FAVORITES
While Hurts is my favorite signal caller on this slate, he’s not the only option. We haven’t seen the Ravens in the underdog role very often this season, but they come into this game as 5.5-point underdogs. The Niners have one of the best defenses in the NFL, but Lamar Jackson is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. His floor hasn’t been as high this season, but most of that has been touchdown variance. We should like his rushing upside here, and he shouldn’t be too popular given Baltimore’s low team total.
