NFL PrizePicks: Chargers vs. Bears Player Predictions for Sunday Night Football

Tonight, the Chargers vs. Bears match up for Sunday Night Football in what could easily turn into a blood bath. The Chargers have a bad habit of playing down to their opponents, but it’ll be tough for Tyson Bagent and the Bears to come away victorious, as they’re clearly overmatched on both sides of the ball. Despite this, there are still plenty of opportunities to be profitable tonight with various DFS Pick’em predictions on PrizePicks.

Each week, I’ll deliver my top NFL PrizePicks predictions for Thursday, Sunday, and Monday Night Football. Use the PrizePicks referral code GRINDERS to receive a $100 deposit match to prep you for the NFL season.

PrizePicks Plays: Chargers vs. Bears

Austin Ekeler – 49.5 Rushing Yards

This is not only my favorite DFS Pick’em prediction of the slate but maybe of the entire season. Ekeler is one of the best running backs in football and tonight faces one of the league’s worst defenses. We’ve seen Ekeler be scripted out of games recently in the run game. However, we can expect Austin Ekeler to be heavily involved tonight against the lowly Bears. He boasts a 77% success rate of achieving more than 49.5 rushing yards on the RotoGrinders NFL Fantasy Pick’em Tool for PrizePicks. Additionally, he’s projected for over 70 yards rushing in the RotoGrinders projections, more than a 20-yard difference from his number on PrizePicks.

Play: Ekeler – More Than 49.5 Rushing Yards

Roschon Johnson – 11.5 Receiving Yards

Frankly, I’m not sure how this and Ekeler’s more than 49.5 rushing yard number are still available on PrizePicks. Johnson has been out recently with a concussion but is a great young pass-catching back who should be the primary option out of the backfield tonight for the Bears. Foreman played well last week, but the rookie Johnson has been highly touted out of the Bears camp all season long. He has a nearly 75% success rate to have more than 11.5 yards receiving tonight according to the RotoGrinders NFL Fantasy Pick’em Tool and rates very closely to Ekeler as my favorite DFS Pick’em predictions of the season to date.

Play: Johnson – More Than 11.5 Receiving Yards

DJ Moore – 58.5 Receiving Yards

Although Tyson Bagent was his QB, Moore still managed 8 receptions last week on 9 targets. Since we’re expecting Ekeler to eclipse his 49.5 rushing yards number and the Chargers to be ahead playing in this game, it makes sense to run our PrizePicks card back with DJ Moore’s receiving yard total on the other side as one of our DFS Pick’em predictions. DJ Moore is only expected to have around 64 yards according to the RotoGrinders projections, and although I typically look for a bigger differential compared to their PrizePicks number, I think Moore is likely to be closer to a ceiling score tonight where his team will probably be trailing for most of the game. Moore has massive, explosive skills and could eclipse this total on a single reception, even if it’s taking a screen pass to the house from 60+ yards out.

Play: Moore – More than 85.5 Receiving Yards
