The Chargers vs. Raiders is likely to be ugly, as both teams come in with a plethora of injuries for Thursday Night Football. However, the lack of Keenan Allen, Justin Herbert and likely Josh Jacobs opens up plenty of opportunity for NFL PrizePicks predictions.

PrizePicks Plays: Chargers vs. Raiders
- Austin Ekeler – More Than 29.5 Receiving Yards
- Gerald Everett – More Than 29.5 Receiving Yards
- Aidan O’Connell – More Than 195.5 Passing Yards
Austin Ekeler – 29.5 Receiving Yards
While Austin Ekeler has had quite a disappointing season, tonight’s matchup isn’t really comparable to the rest of the season. Not only are the Chargers down to their backup QB Easton Stick, but they’re also missing target hog Keenan Allen. Without Allen in the lineup, Ekeler is likely to be a checkdown machine, especially with Stick behind center. He’s only projected for about 25 fantasy points in the RotoGrinders projections, but I’m expecting Ekeler to be far more involved in the passing game tonight.
Play: Ekeler – More Than 29.5 Receiving Yards
Gerald Everett – 29.5 Receiving Yards
Another player who should benefit from Keenan Allen absence is Gerald Everett. Joshua Palmer is back tonight, but Everett is far more likely to occupy the interior route tree that belonged to Allen. Additionally, he’s arguably the best pass catcher left on the team. Backup QBs have a tendency to rely more on their tight ends and that’s exactly what I expect to happen tonight. Everett projects for more than 32 fantasy points tonight in the RotoGrinders projections and has had at least 39 receiving yards in 3 straight weeks. He had a whopping 8 targets last game and we should see more of the same for Thursday Night Football against the Raiders.
Play: Everett – More Than 29.5 Receiving Yards
Aidan O’Connell – More Than 195.5 Passing Yards
While O’Connell certainly hasn’t taken Las Vegas by storm, he’s been a moderately adequate quarterback so far. Tonight, he projects for nearly 207 yards passing tonight in the RotoGrinders projections and has better than a 57% win rate in the NFL Fantasy Pick’em Tool for PrizePicks. The Chargers are one of the worst defenses in the league and O’Connell is likely to have to pass the ball a lot more without Josh Jacobs in the game. He has thrown for over 200 yards in 3 of his last 5 games and is the best spot yet to do so again.
