NFL PrizePicks: Jets vs. Raiders Player Predictions for Sunday Night Football
Oof, after two great teams facing off last week, we’re not quite as lucky for the Sunday Night Football matchup featuring the Jets vs. Raiders. This one is likely to be ugly and low-scoring, but there are still plenty of opportunities for DFS Pick’em PrizePicks predictions.
Each week, I’ll deliver my top NFL PrizePicks predictions for Thursday, Sunday, and Monday Night Football. Use the PrizePicks referral code GRINDERS to receive a $100 deposit match to prep you for the NFL season.
PrizePicks Plays: Jets vs. Raiders
- Breece Hall – More Than 18.5 Receiving Yards
- Greg Zuerlein – More Than 7 Fantasy Points
- Daniel Carlson – More Than 1.5 FG Made
Breece Hall – 18.5 Receiving Yards
Breece Hall is the one player in this game outside of the kickers whom I actually expect to have a strong fantasy performance tonight. Since he took over the starting role from Dalvin Cook full time, he’s been absolutely electric, with at least 20 fantasy points in all but one game. He’s also averaging nearly 40 receiving yards per game in that span. This number on PrizePicks is far too low tonight, as the RotoGrinders projections have Breece Hall for nearly 28 receiving yards. Additionally, this prediction has a 62% success rate in the NFL Fantasy Pick’em Tool for PrizePicks, making this a great play all around. Although I expect the Jets to be playing ahead, Breece can easily eclipse this mark with a single screen pass, and he gets the added benefit of a positive game script if they happen to be playing from behind.
Play: Hall – More Than 18.5 Receiving Yards
Greg Zuerlein – 7.0 Fantasy Points
I think this game will be low-scoring and lack touchdowns, but that’ll lead to the kickers benefiting. If you look at the RotoGrinders Expert Survey for Sunday Night Football between the Jets vs. the Raiders, it’s a near consensus that it’ll be a great night for the kickers. While Zuerlein’s Field Goals Made DFS Pick’em play isn’t available on PrizePicks, the Jets are actually the team I feel is more likely to score a touchdown tonight, so I don’t mind the change of being able to get an extra point or two just in case. Zuerlein also has a huge leg with the ability to rack up points in a hurry by kicking 50+ yard field goals.
Play: Zuerlein – More Than 7.0 Fantasy Points
Daniel Carlson – 1.5 FG Made
We can almost copy and paste everything said with Greg Zuerlein for Daniel Carlson, but all Carlson has to do is just make 2 field goals from any distance. Carlson has kicked at least 3 field goals in 4 of his last 5 games, and since this one should be very low-scoring, the Raiders should have no pause in settling for field goals to keep the game close. The Jets defense has been stout all season, and I can’t imagine them giving up many touchdowns to this lowly Raiders offense, so Daniel Carlson is by far the spot I’m most comfortable targeting from their team.
