NFL Week 11 Weather Report: Betting and Fantasy Football Impact

Week 11 in the NFL doesn’t have any one game that stands out as a massive problem, but there’s a few games worth watching.

This NFL weather article will highlight any extreme temperatures, precipitation, and most importantly, high winds that we could see across the NFL landscape this week.

If a game isn’t specifically listed in this week’s report, that means the weather is quiet enough for it not to be an issue in that particular game.

NFL Week 11 Weather Report & Forecast

As always, it’s best to stay up to date with the very latest forecasts, so follow me on Twitter @KevinRothWx and keep an eye on my NFL weather page.

A reminder that while temperature and rain/snow can impact a game, the greatest impact by far comes from high-wind games, so I’ll be looking to highlight those spots when possible.

Sunday Main Slate

New York Jets and Buffalo Bills- A bit breezy in Orchard Park, but nothing too alarming, we should see sustained winds around 10-15mph with gusts around 25mph. That’s enough to impact a deep throw or long kick, but not every play. Temp around 40 with no precip.

Sunday Night Football

Minnesota Vikings at Denver Broncos – Winds around 10mph, and potentially a bit wet. There’s scattered showers in the general area and one could go over the stadium, but it’s far from a washout.

Monday Night Football

Philadelphia Eagles at Kansas City Chiefs – A soaker of a Sunday and Monday in KC… things should be fading a bit by Monday Night Football, but there’s still enough moisture around that I expect light rain during the game.

Weather Impact on Fantasy & Betting

Not seeing any high wind games this week, so that automatically leads us to a lower-impact week. KC looks like the game with the best chance of seeing rain, which could slow down these high-powered offenses.

In case things change, I’ll be posting radar gifs to Twitter as we get closer to kickoff, @KevinRothWx on Twitter.
