Houston Texans
The Houston Texans fell apart last week and blew a 20-3 half time lead to the Seahawks. They are sitting at 2-2 but could easily be 0-4, as they had to come from behind to beat both SD and TEN in weeks 1 & 2. Houston is giving up 26.25 PPG and their fantasy stars are struggling as well. Foster is 8th in RB scoring and Johnson is 26th at WR.

Arian Foster20

Fantasy Relevant
Matt Schaub – The 49ers are the 3rd best pass defense in the NFL, allowing only 15.6 FPPG to QBs.
Arian Foster – I think Houston will be relying heavily on Foster, although I am just not sure it is enough to produce a sold fantasy day. SF is allowing 22.9 FPPG to RBs.
Houston Receivers – The 49ers have not allowed a TD to a WR of more than 63 yards in the past 3 weeks. SF is only allowing 8.3 PPG from the TE position.
San Francisco 49ers
What is wrong with the San Francisco 49ers? I think we all expected big things this season, especially after their dominant week 1 performance over Green Bay. Since then they have scored 15 points per game. I know they put up 35 last week but if you watched that game you noticed that the 49ers had a lot of trouble moving the ball in the 1st half. Eventually the Rams got tired on defense because their offense could not stay on the field. Moving forward they seem to be a Jekyll and Hyde offense.

Kyle Williams19
Vernon Davis18
Frank Gore11
Fantasy Relevant
Colin Kaepernick – In 3 of his 4 games he has rushed for 22 yards or less and thrown for 167 yards or less. Houston is only allowing 14.5 FPPG at the QB position.
Frank Gore – Gore ran strong last week averaging 7.7 yards a carry. The Texans allow 18.3 FPPG against the RB.
SF Receivers –Houston is a very good team against the WR and TE as well. I don’t see any value for the 49ers this week.

New York Jets
The New York Jets are somehow 2-2 averaging 17 PPG. They have played better than expected, but there is still very little to get excited over. You cannot trust any part of this offense.
Jets Target Leaders Through Week 4
Santonio Holmes23
Kellen Winslow21
Stephen Hill19
Bilal Powell15
Fantasy Relevant
Atlanta has not been a good defensive team at all this season, but I still cannot bring myself to recommend any Jets players. Powell had great value last week, but Ivory is due back this week. Their receivers have had some moments, but they are few and far between.
Atlanta Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons will be playing some desperate football Monday night, as they cannot expect to make the playoffs starting 1-4. However on the fantasy side, it is all good. Ryan, Julio and Tony G are all ranked in the top 5 at their positions in scoring.
Falcons Target Leaders Through Week 4
Julio Jones 46
Tony Gonzalez32
Harry Douglas21
Roddy White17
Jason Snelling15
Jacquizz Rodgers14
Fantasy Relevant
Matt Ryan – Leads all QBs with 18 pass attempts inside the 10 yard line. NYJ are allowing 17.8 FFPG at the QB position.
ATL RBs – The Jets are allowing a league best 10.1 FPPG against RBs.
Julio Jones – If the Jets are venerable anywhere it is with stud WRs. They allow 33.7 FPPG to WRs.
Tony Gonzalez – NYJ have allowed the fewest fantasy points to TEs.
