What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
Moneyball16: Single-entry GPPs – I think this slate may be one where you want to limit your exposure to the first game of the night to maximize your options depending on news in the 2nd game of the night between VAN/MTL. Quinn Hughes is a game-time decision, and Patrik Laine has missed the last 2 games with illness but could be back for this one. Montreal is a premier matchup, especially for opposing power-play QBs, so knowing if it will be Hughes or Tyler Myers on the top unit will be very valuable in this slate.
Joda: Single-entry formats are my preferred format tonight. With important news to monitor in the VAN/MTL game, which should shape lineup construction, especially if value opens up, I find it easier to concentrate on a lineup or two. Also, I think with the likely popularity of Nathan MacKinnon, shifting to Florida or New Jersey pieces if needing to make up ground is an interesting decision point with late swap.
