What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
Moneyball16: Large-field GPPs – I will probably be going toward more mid-priced stacks and lineups. The best pay-up options for cash are Nathan MacKinnon and David Pastrnak, but they are hard to make stacks with tonight. They don’t have linemates with power-play correlation, and outside of Fraser Minten, who is a solid value option, they don’t really correlate with other strong plays.
TastefulTides: Single-entry and 3-max GPPs are my preferred format. Nathan MacKinnon will be a tough decision point tonight. While he is obviously amazing, he does come with a pretty tough matchup, and he is very expensive. I think I prefer trying to find cheaper correlated lines for single-entry and larger-field GPPs.
Hunter4ever89: Single-entry and 3-max tournaments are my preferred format today. I will have a narrow player pool, mainly focused around COL, WSH, NSH, and CGY. While the slate may hinge on the Avalanche tonight, they make for an interesting fade in large-field contests.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

About the Author
Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
