What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
Moneyball16: Large-field GPPs – As is often the case on Sundays, there are a number of teams playing on back-to-backs, and with that comes a few adjustments to make when considering opponent quality. NYR, LAK, DAL, and NYI all played last night and should be slightly upgraded as opponents due to the rest advantage over them, but it is also more important to check on goalie quality with more backups playing. All those teams played their usual starters yesterday and should have sizable downgrades in net as well.
Hunter4ever89: Large-field tournaments are my preferred format today. It is important to pay attention to ownership on smaller slates like we have this evening. If the Rangers get steamed up from having the highest implied goal total, I don’t mind coming in under the field on ownership in large-field contests. We have some other teams tonight that have similar upside, just in slightly worse matchups. Spreading out ownership in pay-up spots outside of NYR in tournaments makes a lot of sense. The WPG top line is fully correlated on the top power-play unit and is a team I will look to have some exposure to.
Who is your favorite play (when considering price, matchup, roster construction, etc.) on the board and why?

Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
