Who is your favorite skater to spend up for in cash games?

What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

TastefulTides: Single entry is my preferred format. Half of the teams on the slate have implied team totals of under 3 goals. With the lack of offense, I will be focusing on the teams with high totals, even if they don’t project very well. Carolina is the team that really fits that for me. They will be somewhat popular but not nearly as popular as Colorado. If you do stack Colorado, I would try to differentiate at goalie to try to get off some ownership.

Joda: Single entry is my preferred format tonight. Nathan MacKinnon, as usual, is the standout, but it’s a tougher matchup against Dallas. The Avalanche were also flat against the Penguins on Monday, so it’s not the usual smash spot for Colorado on home ice. Carolina interests me, as they always seem to come in at modest ownership. Anaheim as well, but Cutter Gauthier is priced up despite a 3rd-line role and 2nd power-play unit. Nonetheless, his teammates come with manageable price tags, and Anaheim has a league-best 3.55 xGF/60 at 5-on-5 over their last 10 games.
