What is going on Grinders?! NFL Season is always exciting, and this year we are bringing you a weekly article to cover the unique GPP format over at No House Advantage! Of course, because of my love for props, I’ll be bringing the heat every week to try and help you guys take down some big money over there. As NFL props become more popular, we are seeing some very unique contests and No House Advantage is just that!

No House Advantage GPP Format

No House Advantage has a GPP contest that allows you to pick 7 different players. Each prop will represent a number of points, starting at 1 point and sequentially up to 7 points. Thus, the 7 players you select are critical to your success. The idea is to select the prop that will give you 7 points as the one you feel best about. The prop that will give you 1 point might be one you feel good about as well, but make sure for 7 points it’s your “lock button”, so to speak. So ultimately, Player 1 will give you 1 point, Player 2 will give you 2 points, Player 3 will give you 3 points, etc. I think you get the idea here.

No House Advantage has given us some really good GPP contests this week. This format is fantastic for those of you that love props as much as I do, because we get to merge the DFS concept with our love for props. It’s the best of both worlds if you ask me.

Each week I am hoping to put you on a few plays that should yield tremendous success and put you in a position to take down 1st place. Let’s dig in!

Key Selections for Wildcard Weekend

I’m going to provide you with my three favorite picks for your 10, 9, and 8 point slots. This week we are covering the early slate for Sunday. You are going to see a theme here with this one, but I think it’s the correct angle.

10 Point Slot: Isaiah Hodgins – 3.5 Receptions

Isaiah Hodgins has emerged as good young receiver that Daniel Jones continues to trust as the season goes along. The Giants should be airing it out in this matchup and I’m expecting fireworks on both sides. I think the are down a points in this game and this pushes the receptions over early for Hodgins.

Pick: Over 3.5 Receptions

9 Point Slot: Richie James – 3.5 Receptions

The Giants game plan once again should be to push the ball down the field against this soft Minnesota defense. The good news is that Minnesota can put up points, and at home should put up a good number. As a result the Giants should have to match that intensity. Richie James has had 7, 8, 4, and 7 receptions in the last 4 games he’s played. I see nothing different for this game and this line is too low.

Pick: Over 3.5 Receptions

8 Point Slot: Gabriel Davis – 4.5 Receptions

I’m expecting the Bills to take care of business here. Davis will be involved in the offense, but the style of his targets typically lead to less receptions. He doesn’t hit 5 receptions often and I’m not expecting it in a cupcake 1st matchup for this team’s playoff run.

Pick: Under 4.5 Receptions

Closing Thoughts

My hope is that this article gives you a better chance to be in the winners circle every week for the contests you enter. We are hoping that we see competent coaching this week and they call plays like they should to carry us to the finished line. Let’s Win!
