This article is intended to provide you with a few plays to help you build tournament-winning lineups on OwnersBox Fantasy Sports. What is up, Grinders! We are here to talk about OwnersBox! This site is very creative for NFL, as it has given us what we’ve been craving for what feels like an eternity. Straightforward football builds. No kickers, no defenses, just the position players that get it done for us week in and week out. Did I mention there was a Superflex?! Yes, we have the ability to play two quarterbacks in the format over at OwnersBox. It consists of the following positions: QB, RB x2, WR x2, TE, Flex x2, and the Superflex, which could be a QB/RB/WR/TE. This is revolutionary for the DFS enthusiast, and I am here to talk through a handful of plays each week that I hope carry us to the finish line.
Top NFL DFS Picks for Week 14
This is an interesting slate this week and we have some weather spots that are pulling some good offenses down in the rankings. I still think we have so superb spots to attack. Let’s dig in!
Amon-Ra St. Brown ($7,100)
Amon-Ra is one of the top options on the board every week. I know they are on the road this week, but his volume is still tops in the league. Very seldom will he have games that are around 5 targets and we saw that last week. Most weeks he’s between 9 and 11. I think we see one of those weeks this week and I’m looking for big-time production. The Bears are 20th in total DVOA and 25th in passing DVOA. The Lions should feast through the air, and St. Brown should be the primary benefactor.
Brock Purdy ($6,600)
Purdy is continuing to crank out nice performances down the stretch of the season. He’s also continuing to thrive with his full complement of weapons. This week, he gets to see the Seattle Seahawks on his home field. Seattle is the 24th-ranked DVOA and the 49ers offense continues to exploit almost the whole league when at full strength. I think Purdy spreads the ball around again, piles up the TDs and leads his team to another win in the NFC on the road to the Super Bowl.
Courtland Sutton ($5,800)
This will be the best spot of the year for the Broncos defense. Russ hasn’t been piling up yards, but I am praying he gets there this week. Coming in hot is Courland Sutton who is his number one option in this offense. If they win this week they will continue to stay alive in the playoff race. Big plays should be available and Sutton is on the field more than any other receiver in this offense. While he doesn’t see as many targets from a cumulative perspective as some of the other big names, he does have the highest market share on the team. All targets aren’t created equal and this week he should have a shot at big plays and at least one TD.
Week 14 Closing Thoughts
I’m loving the options we have this week for tournaments and Ownersbox has been a great site for NFL this season. Let’s continue to support them and keep them relevant in the industry.
