Packers vs. Seahawks – NFL Player Props

Geno Smith OVER 23.5 Completions (-105, Bet365)

All-Pro cornerback Jaire Alexander has been ruled out once again for the Packers defense tonight, which is a good thing for Geno Smith and the Seattle passing attack. Since Alexander last played a full allotment of snaps, Green Bay’s pass defense ranks 31st in the NFL in success rate allowed. Entering play, 6 of the last 7 quarterbacks to face the Packers have gone over their market number for completions. Smith and the pass-heavy Seahawks should have a good chance to keep that trend going strong on Sunday Night Football.

Zach Charbonnet OVER 0.5 Touchdowns (-135, DraftKings)

In 3 games that RB Kenneth Walker has missed this season, Zach Charbonnet has received every goal-line rush attempt that has gone to the running back position for the Seahawks. Green Bay’s run defense has performed well of late on a down-to-down basis, but they still allowed a rushing touchdown last week to David Montgomery, and they allowed 2 rushing touchdowns to the Bears less than a month ago. Charbonnet should have at least a couple of opportunities to get in the end zone this evening.

Christian Watson UNDER 45.5 Receiving Yards (-110, Bet365)

Christian Watson has been performing at a high level in recent weeks, with 181 receiving yards in his last 2 games alone. However, a lot of his production was tied to the absence of WR Romeo Doubs, who will return to the field tonight following a concussion. Watson played 51 snaps and 46 snaps the last 2 weeks with Doubs out, but he could see his snap count reduced into the 30s if the wide receiver rotations return to where they were prior to Doubs’ injury. Seattle’s pass defense has also been trending up over the last month, ranking in the top 5 in EPA and success rate across their last 4 games, making this a tough matchup for Watson, especially if his role is reduced in any way.
