Week 5 of the NFL season will conclude with a matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Las Vegas Raiders on Monday Night Football. Entering play, Green Bay is 2-2 and in need of a win to keep within shouting distance of the first-place Detroit Lions in the NFC North. Las Vegas is 1-3 after three consecutive losses and on the verge of spiraling to the basement in the AFC with a loss.

Ahead of kickoff, the Raiders are favored by 2 points on the spread. The game total is set at over/under 45.5 points. If choosing to wager instead on the player prop market, we have three prop leans for tonight’s matchup!

Packers vs. Raiders Player Props for MNF

Josh Jacobs o70.5 Rushing Yards (-120), PointsBet

Ahead of kickoff this evening, the Green Bay defense ranks 29th in defensive Rush EPA/play and 24th in defensive Rush success rate so far this season. Last week, Green Bay allowed David Montgomery to tally 121 rushing yards and 3 scores on the ground, with his backfield mate, Jahmyr Gibbs, adding an additional 40 rushing yards on only 8 attempts. Josh Jacobs has gotten off to a slow start this season, failing to amass more than 62 rushing yards in any individual game, but the volume has still been extremely high, with at least 17 carries in three of four games. Assuming Jacobs sees at least 15 carries on Monday, he will have a great opportunity to hit the over here.

Jordan Love u242.5 Passing Yards (-115), BetMGM

Following an extremely poor start to the season, the Las Vegas defense has shown some life in their last two games, with a pair of 30.6%+ pressure rates on the defensive side of the ball. In Week 4, Las Vegas ranked 7th out of 32 defenses with a 38.5% pressure rate. Jordan Love has performed well from a clean pocket this fall, but he has completed only 33.3% of his pass attempts for 4.2 yards per attempt when under pressure, according to PFF. If the Raiders can continue to get pressure on the quarterback, it could be another tough night for Love and the Green Bay offense.

NFL DFS Pick’em

A.J. Cole More Than 3.5 Punts, PrizePicks

According to Warren Sharp, the Las Vegas offense has seen 64% of their drives end with a punt or a turnover through their first four games. Only Carolina, Cleveland, Chicago, Pittsburgh, and New England had a worse rate in this metric entering the weekend. A.J. Cole has punted the ball at least three times in each of the Raiders’ last three games and has punted five times each across the last two weeks of action. If Las Vegas has 10 drives tonight, it would not be surprising to see them forced to punt four times.
