Sunday’s Week 7 NFL slate begins with an international affair from Wembley Stadium in London. Drake Maye and the New England Patriots will travel to meet Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars, who played in last week’s international game as well.

If looking to wager on the player prop market for Patriots vs. Jaguars, we have 3 prop leans to consider for Sunday!

Patriots vs. Jaguars – NFL Player Props

Drake Maye UNDER 31.5 Pass Attempts (-108, FanDuel)

Drake Maye had 33 attempts in his first NFL start against the Texans, but that’s unlikely to be a normative game script for him this season. The Patriots found themselves trailing 14-0 by the end of the 1st quarter and were in a pass-heavy game script the rest of the afternoon. They were also facing a stout Houston run defense, which limited Antonio Gibson to 19 rushing yards on 13 attempts. In a more competitive game, Maye likely has a less burdensome workload. This is a good spot to fade last week’s high number of attempts.

Tank Bigsby OVER 0.5 Touchdowns (+105, FanDuel)

Travis Etienne is officially listed as questionable ahead of kickoff on Sunday, but even if he plays, he’s likely to be on a snap count due to his hamstring injury. There is also the fact that Bigsby has been unquestionably the best running back on the Jacksonville roster so far in 2024. Entering play in Week 7, Bigsby ranks 9th in the entire NFL in explosive rush% and 1st in yards after contact per attempt. Etienne ranks 11th in explosive rush% and 23rd in yards after contact per attempt. Bigbsy has an equal number of goal line attempts this fall to Etienne despite seeing far fewer overall snaps. This is good value for one of the best running backs in the league playing a bad defense.

Ja’Lynn Polk OVER 18.5 Receiving Yards (-113, FanDuel)

Ja’Lynn Polk has been underwhelming to begin 2024 since being drafted in the 2nd round this past summer. The good news for him is that he has seen an increasing target share in recent weeks and has a potential breakout matchup in Week 7 against a very beatable Jacksonville secondary unit. Polk has only 17 receiving yards combined the last couple of weeks, but he has 10 targets in that span and has been on the field for a high percentage of New England’s offensive snaps, indicating that he’s still a part of their plans in the passing attack. This is a good buy-low spot for a player who has a lot of raw talent and ability.
