Each day, one of our NHL experts will be providing recommended player picks for your daily fantasy hockey lineups. The goal is to help you build the optimal cash game (50/50s/double-ups/head-to-head) lineup.
Friday, November 3rd
After a very busy Thursday night, we have a very quiet Friday night of National Hockey League action, with just two games on the schedule. The Edmonton Oilers are the only sizeable favorite tonight, and they are the team to focus on in both cash games and tournaments. Additionally, none of the four teams hitting the ice are playing on consecutive nights.

NOTE: Make sure to check the RotoGrinders Starting Goalies Page page prior to game time, to confirm that the goalies listed below are starting.
Cam Talbot, Edmonton Oilers – With only two games on tap and the other game (Nashville at Anaheim) being a coin flip, Cam Talbot rises to the top of our goalie list tonight in all formats. Full disclosure, I am not in love with Talbot tonight, but he does appear to be the safest option for the win. The Oilers desperately need a win and I think they get the job done tonight at the Rogers Place. Talbot has struggled in his last three starts, but I think we see him right the ship tonight with a strong performance. On a night with a lot of question marks in net, Talbot seems like your best bet.
