Wednesday, December 6th
After a very busy Tuesday night in the National Hockey League, we slow things down a little on this Wednesday evening, with just four games on the docket. The Toronto Maple Leafs, Washington Capitals and Edmonton Oilers are tonight’s biggest favorites, and the Anaheim Ducks are the only team playing on consecutive nights.

Frederik Andersen, Toronto Maple Leafs – There is no slam dunk in goal tonight, making it more of a GPP night in my opinion. With that being said, Frederik Andersen is likely the goalie I will use more often than not. Andersen was outstanding in the month of November (2.14 GAA, .938 SV%), and he continues to see plenty of rubber on a nightly basis. A win, and 35-plus saves are in the cards this evening, giving the Maple Leafs’ netminder the opportunity to be the highest scoring goalie of the night.
