PGA DFS Value Breakdown: Wells Fargo Championship

Selecting the absolute best value out there is crucial to cruising to the top of the leaderboards. TJ “tjl5124” Laessig, will dive into the player pool, evaluating roster construction and picking out his favorite value options for the week’s tournament.

Wells Fargo Championship

We don’t see TPC Potomac on Tour very often, but when we do, it plays more on the difficult side and is certainly not a birdie fest. We have a mixed field, and as usual on more difficult tracks I’ll be focusing on ball striking when selecting my golfers. Rory stands at the top of the field and is $900 more expensive than the next closest golfer on DraftKings. The mid-range is littered with options and it feels like a week where we may see ownership spread out a bit across the board. When it comes to value, the 7k range is strong, but it gets very ugly when we did into the 6ks – so much so that I am leaning towards eliminating the entire 6k range from my pool and playing more balanced to take advantage of the many 7k options. Let’s dive into my favorites!
