PrizePicks NBA Player Picks Today: Top Plays for November 18

Saturday night features only 5 games on the main NBA DFS slate but also has the addition of the Knicks vs. Hornets an hour earlier than the rest of the games. While I didn’t include it in my set of picks, Lamelo Ball to have less than 26.5 points in a pace-down matchup is one of my favorite DFS Pick’em plays of the day on NBA PrizePicks. However, there are still a few solid predictions to choose from even on the main slate.

NBA PrizePicks Predictions Today
Victor Wembanyama – More Than 9.5 Rebounds
This is too low of a rebounding number for Wemby on NBA PrizePicks tonight, as it’s basically hovering around his floor. Wembanyama has had at least 9 rebounds in 8 straight games. After a slow start to the season, he’s finally showing his dominance, especially on the defensive end of the floor. He’s averaging 9.3 rebounds per game on the season and had multiple games around five boards early on in the year when he was still playing limited minutes. He seems to be playing more minutes and getting more involved with each game he plays and is projected for 11.11 rebounds tonight in the RotoGrinders projections against the Grizzlies.
- Play: Wembanyama – More Than 9.5 Rebounds
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – More Than 5.5 Assists
Another player whose PrizePicks prediction is right near his floor as opposed to his median projection or ceiling. SGA has had at least 4 assists in every single game this season and is usually good for a minimum of 5 assists in a game even if he plays limited minutes if the game doesn’t stay close. He is averaging over 6 assists per game on the year but consistently pushes that number higher when he plays bigger minutes in close games. It’s a great matchup tonight against the Warriors, and SGA projects for more than 6 assists in the RotoGrinders projections tonight.
- Play: Gilgeous-Alexander – More Than 5.5 Assists
Karl-Anthony Towns – More Than 8.5 Rebounds
Towns struggled from a statistical standpoint to start the season, but he’s been an integral part of the Wolves’ surprising success this year. While they weren’t expected to be bad by any means, they’ve been arguably the best defensive team in basketball so far. Towns’ pivot to the power forward position hasn’t hurt his game all too much and he’s been able to pull down boards and rack up double-doubles despite the presence of Rudy Gobert. He’s projected for just under 10 rebounds tonight in the RotoGrinders projections and has eclipsed this total in 5 of his last 6 games. The Pelicans began the year pretty strong defensively with a slow pace, but they’ve since sped up and have become one of the better matchups in the league for fantasy production.
- Play: Towns – More Than 8.5 Rebounds
