Steelers vs. Raiders Player Props for SNF
- Kenny Pickett 250+ Passing Yards
- George Pickens o3.5 Receptions
- Josh Jacobs More Than 71.5 Rushing Yards
Kenny Pickett 250+ Passing Yards (+198), FanDuel
The Las Vegas Raiders’ defense finished 25th out of 32 teams in pressure rate in Week 1 and 26th out of 32 teams in pressure rate in Week 2. In the NFL, when teams are unable to get pressure on the opposing quarterback, it gives their passing attack plenty of time to seek options downfield, which can lead to big gains. Kenny Pickett has averaged 227 passing yards through the first two weeks of the season despite playing two defenses that have a top-10 pass rush. On Sunday Night Football, he should have much more time to throw the football, which could reasonably allow him to hit 250 passing yards for the fourth time in his young career. At significant plus money, this is worth a roll of the dice.
George Pickens o3.5 Receptions (-165), Bet365
It is extraordinarily difficult to figure out why Bet365 has this line at over/under 3.5 receptions for George Pickens. Pickens has eclipsed this market number in each of his first two games of the season despite the fact that he has played tough defensive secondary units – the San Francisco 49ers and Cleveland Browns. He has also struggled mightily with his efficiency, catching only nine of his 17 targets so far in 2023. Cornerbacks Jakorian Bennett and Marcus Peters have been extremely unproductive to begin the season for the Las Vegas Raiders – trust Pickens to get the job done here in a favorable matchup.
NFL DFS Pick’em
Josh Jacobs More Than 71.5 Rushing Yards, PrizePicks
Through two weeks of the NFL season, the Pittsburgh Steelers have the worst run defense in the entire league, allowing 5.6 yards per carry on the ground. In Week 1, the San Francisco 49ers had 188 rushing yards against the Steelers. In Week 2, the Browns had 198 rushing yards against Pittsburgh. Josh Jacobs had a horrendous performance last weekend against the Buffalo Bills, but that should not dissuade bettors from investing in him in an extremely favorable matchup in Week 3.
