With the last few rounds in this year’s Masters right around the corner, it’s time to start taking a look at how weather might impact things. We’re starting to be able to fine-tune the forecast and hammer out some of the timing specifics with regard to the rain and wind.

It might be a time to see how the PGA Weather could give you an edge on a site like No House Advantage, where you can use our No House Advantage promo code to get a $100 Instant Deposit Match.

As usual in my Golf weather forecasts, we’re focusing more on wind than rain. While rain can halt play if it’s heavy enough, it also helps to soften and slow the course, meaning it helps as much as it hurts. With wind there’s no helpful side, it’s all negative impact, and the impact can lead to dramatic differences in scoring. My goal is always to try and highlight the timeframe with the lightest winds, the time with the strongest winds, and to see if there’s a cumulative advantage for one wave over another. You can use then use this to your advantage making your picks on DFS sites and sportsbooks.

The Masters Sunday Weather Report & Forecast

We’re much improved to close out the tournament.

Round 4 Weather Projection – Sunday, April 9th

Rain will be clearing out and could lead to a “dry sky / wet ground” which would slow the course and help lower scores early Sunday. Winds around 10-15mph most of the day, dropping a bit very late (after 6pm).

Overall Masters Weekend Weather Forecast

As I mentioned in the intro, when it comes to finding a usable and predictable edge for PGA, wind matters a lot more than rain. The (hopefully) last day of the Masters will be much more quiet than the last couple, no issues to close things out. Stay tuned to @KevinRothWx for the latest.
