WNBA Player Props Today – Thursday, May 30, 2024

Caitlin Clark Over/Under 20.5 Points
Caitlin Clark Over/Under 2.5 3-Pointers Made
Kelsey Mitchell Over/Under 17.5 Points

Caitlin Clark Over/Under 20.5 Points

Clark exploded for 30 points on Tuesday against the Sparks, but she still shot only 43.8% from the field, including 30% from beyond the arc. Her impressive point total was due, in large part, to 13 made free-throws, nearly doubling her previous career high.

On Thursday, Clark will face a Seattle defense that has allowed the 4th-fewest free throw attempts per game this season. Seattle also ranks 3rd in defensive rating, allowing only 93 points per 100 possessions.

There is tremendous value on the under in this spot, with Clark averaging only 17.3 points per game this season. She’s also yet to score 20+ points in consecutive games.

Caitlin Clark Over/Under 2.5 3-Pointers Made

Even if Clark doesn’t have a prolific scoring night, it’s more than possible for her to knock down a few shots from the perimeter. She has only 1 game this season with fewer than 2 made 3-pointers and is 4-for-8 to the over 2.5 market number.

As good as Seattle has been overall on the defensive end of the floor this season, they rank only 6th out of 12 teams in opponent 3-point percentage through their first 7 games. Clark should have every opportunity to get the job done here.

Kelsey Mitchell Over/Under 17.5 Points

Mitchell has had plenty of opportunities of late, with at least 14 shot attempts in 6 consecutive games. However, she’s still managed 18+ points in only 1 of those games. She has yet to shoot better than 43.8% from the floor in any game this season in which she played more than 17 minutes, and she has only 1 game with more than 4 made free throws.

Mitchell has a tough matchup against a top-tier Seattle defense, which only further increases the likelihood that she falls short of this market number.
