Saturday, November 25th

Tonight, we have a ten game slate to choose from with six teams (Blazers, Hornets, Magic, Raptors, Knicks, and Pelicans) on the second half of a back-to-back. Let’s have a look at some of my favorite plays for the slate.

Point Guard

PG: T.J. McConnell, Philadelphia 76ers, $13
With Ben Simmons out tonight, McConnell will get the start and becomes the first must-play of the slate. Simmons sitting is a huge impact for the 76ers because you are taking away his 35 minutes and 25% usage rate. There will be many beneficiaries, but the main one will be McConnell – who will now be relied on for over 30 minutes and handed the task of running the offense. McConnell did well last year in spots when he started and this year has it way easier with a healthy Embiid. The matchup is also great, as Orlando plays at the 6th fastest pace and currently ranks 28th in DVP vs. the point guard position so far this season. It will be very hard for McConnell to not crush value tonight.
