Not much needed from this rising defenseman
Although Erik Cernak is not one to hit the scoresheet much as he has just seven points in 28 games, Erik has been far more aggressive lately with the following shot totals: 3, 2, 5, 2 and 2 in his last five games. Cernak is minimum priced across the industry and makes for a worthwhile play in all formats if interested in loading up at forward. Also, on DraftKings, he is not out of the question as a third defenseman as the youngster has shown some upside blocking shots, picking up 3 blocks twice in his last four appearances.
