Seals-Jones should be considered a decent value option at the position this weekend in DFS contests.

Thomas should serve as the primary tight end for Washington but could be on a limited snap count meaning more work for John Bates. Curtis Samuel is also expected to make his return and be on a snap count as well, limiting his upside and that of the other Washington receivers outside of Terry McLaurin whou should continue to dominate the target share.

Ricky Seals-Jones has been listed out for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers while Curtis Samuel has been listed questionable. It seemed as though Seals-Jones was trending this way after missing every day of practice this week, so his status on the injury report comes as no surprise. Washington is still hopeful that Logan Thomas will be able to be activated off IR but won't make a decision on that until tomorrow. If Thomas is able to return he will instantly regain his role as the top tight end for Washington with John Bates and Sammis Reyes available to back him up. If Thomas is unable to play, Bates and Reyes should split the tight end snaps. If Samuel is able to play he will be on a "tight snap count" according to HC Ron Rivera, so the receiving corps should still be led by Terry McLaurin, Adam Humphries, and DeAndre Carter.

If both were to be out, John Bates and preseason standout Sammis Reyes would likely split time at the position. It will be important to monitor the status of both Seals-Jones and Thomas as the week progresses.
