Steelers Waive WR Donte Moncrief, Promote RB Tony Brooks-James to the 53-Man Roster
The Steelers added Brooks-James for additional running back depth, with James Conner and Benny Snell Jr. missing tomorrow's game and possibly more. By waiving Moncrief, the Steelers also have a shot at a compensatory draft pick in 2020.
