What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8
- Favored Team – NYM -105
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Dillon Gee HR problems crop back up in his last start when he gave up 3 to WAS. He has 17 HRs in 21 starts and that is after not giving up 1 in his previous 5 starts. He manages to keep those numbers in check at home where he only has 3 in 9 games and a very nice 2.47 ERA and draws a KAN team that has struggled offensively on the year but Gee is allowing left-handers to bat .316 versus him and KAN is loaded with left-handed bats. KAN is batting .264 on the road, .254 versus right-handers, and .283 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 5
- Away Wade Davis has been awful on the road with a 6.57 ERA and .300 BAA. He is allowing left-handers to bat .336 versus him on the season and has a 5.32 ERA in the month of June. Is there anything at all to like about him today? RG Start-Ability 2
Batter Grind Down
- Home Daniel Murphy has been very hot for NYM with 29 fp. The left-hander is batting .290 versus right-handers. John Buck is 3-9 with 1 HR versus Davis and David Wright is batting .303 at home. Those are your best plays but consider everyone worth a look. RG Stack Rating 9
- Away Mike Moustakes, Alex Gordon, and Eric Hosmer have been productive for KAN. I think all of the left-handed bats are worth a look today. RG Stack Rating 4

CLE vs R | CLE BvP | MIA vs R | MIA BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 7
- Favored Team – MIA -108
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Jose Fernandez has a 1.57 ERA at home and .177 BAA. He had 13 Ks his last time out versus PIT and draws a CLE team that has recorded the 8th most Ks on the year. Yes, he plays for MIA but those kind of numbers are GPP winning so he is worth the gamble. You would play Felix Hernandez at home for SEA so why not play Jose? His numbers are better and SEA is not that much better of an offensive team. CLE is batting .260 on the road, .255 versus right-handers, and .300 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 8
- Away Ubalo Jimenez has been great on the road 3.30 ERA. He has had a fantastic July with a 2.83 ERA and .219 BAA for the month. He draws a very weak MIA team that is 29th in runs scored for the month of July. MIA is batting .231 at home, .266 versus right-handers, and .211 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 8
Batter Grind Down
- Home Giancario Stanton is super hot with 30.75 fp over the last week. He is batting .322 at home as well and is 3-4 with 1 HR versus Jimenez. . RG Stack Rating 1
- Away CLE has been hot but they have also run into a couple of lackluster lefties at home, which has bolstered their numbers. They could get to Fernandez today but I cannot see them scoring more than 4 ER versus him. Jason Kipnis is your best bet because of his high batting average versus right-handers and steady production. RG Stack Rating 3

STL vs R | STL BvP | CIN vs R | CIN BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 8
- Favored Team – CIN -114
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Bronson arroyo gets the nod by Las Vegas today versus this tough STL team because he has been fantastic at home on the year with a 2.58 ERA. He is having a career year and if you believe in that sort of thing than feel free to use him again today. He has a below average K/9 and STL is too tough opponent for me to gamble on him. Plus, I think he is overpriced and not as good of a pitcher as his numbers are on the year. STL is batting .267 on the road, .282 versus right-handers, and .214 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 6
- Away Shelby Miller is a very good young pitcher but he has 2 things not working in his favor today. First, he has not been very good on the road with a 3.98 ERA and .256 BAA. CIN is a hitter’s park. Second, He is allowing left-handers a .266 BAA, which is 80 points higher than his BAA versus right-handers. CIN is loaded with left-handers that crush right-handed pitching. CIN is batting .256 at home, .251 versus right-handers, and .189 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 5
Batter Grind Down
- Home Jay Bruce Shin-Soo Choo, and Joey Votto are your best bets here. Go figure. All three hit right-handers for a high average. RG Stack Rating 5
- Away Matt Holliday has been hot over the last 7 days with 21.25 fp. Allen Craig, Matt Carpenter and Carlos Beltran are all batting over .300 versus right-handers. Carlos Beltran is 11-32 with 2 HRs versus Arroyo. Matt Holliday is 16-51 with 4 HRs and Jon Jay is 13-32 with 1 HR. RG Stack Rating 6

ARI vs L | ARI BvP | BOS vs R | BOS BvP
What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 9
- Favored Team – BOS -187
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Jon Lester has been great at home with a 2.95 ERA. He has been great so far in July with a 3.13 ERA as well. He is the huge favorite today and it is hard not to like him versus Delgado. ARI is batting .259 on the road, .258 versus left-handers, and .255 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 7
- Away Randall Delgado threw a complete game last time out versus SDG. He will have a much tougher time today versus the league’s highest scoring offense. His 2.85 ERA is deceptive to me because he is allowing opponents a .283 BAA against him. Based off the OU and line, Las Vegas agrees with me. BOS is batting .284 at home, .284 versus right-handers, and .255 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 3
Batter Grind Down
- Home The OU and line make everyone worth a look on BOS. David Ortiz is batting .319 at home and .354 versus right-handers. RG Stack Rating 8
- Away Cody Ross, Wil Nieves, Martin Prado, Aaron Hill and Paul Goldschmidt are all batting for a high average versus left-handers. RG Stack Rating 4

What Vegas Says
- Over/Under Total Runs – 7
- Favored Team – TAM -140
Pitcher Grind Down
- Home Chris Archer is having some kind of year. He is a 1.74 pitcher with a .178 BAA at home. He draws a SFO team that is last in the league in runs scored for the month of July. SFO is batting .261 on the road .264 versus right-handers, and .243 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 9
- Away Madison Bumgarner is not as good on the road as he is at home but he is not bad either with a 3.25 ERA and .190 BAA. The left-hander runs into a tough opponent today in a TAM team that bats very well at home and crushes left-handed pitching. Vegas has faith in him to keep the game low, though and he has been red hot in July with a 1.55 ERA and .160 BAA. TAM is batting .264 at home, .286 versus left-handers, and .252 over the last 7 days. RG Start-Ability 7
Batter Grind Down
- Home Wil Myers has been hot over the last 7 days with 27.75 fp. Evan Longoria, James Loney, Desmond Jennings, Sam Fuld, Kelly Johnson, Ryan Roberts, Wil Myers, Yuniel Escobar, and Luke Scott are all hitting left-handers for a high average. Kelly Johnson is 6-17 versus Bumgarner. RG Stack Rating 4
- Away Until SFO pulls themselves out of their drought, I cannot see playing any of them. RG Stack Rating 1
