Today’s NFL slate will conclude with a Sunday Night Football showdown between the Chicago Bears and Los Angeles Chargers. The Bears are coming off of a win against the Raiders in Week 7, but will once again be without starting quarterback Justin Fields this evening. The Chargers are looking to get back in the win column after back-to-back losses in their last two contests.
Ahead of kickoff, the Chargers are favored by 9.5 points on the spread. The game total is set at over/under 46 points. If choosing to wager instead on the player prop market, we have three prop leans for tonight’s matchup!

Bears vs. Chargers Player Props for SNF
- Justin Herbert u266.5 Passing Yards
- D.J. Moore u60.5 Receiving Yards
- Tyson Bagent Less Than 203.5 Pass Yards
Justin Herbert u266.5 Passing Yards (-115), Caesars
In three games since suffering a hand injury, Justin Herbert has thrown for 167 passing yards, 227 passing yards, and 259 passing yards. Tonight, he gets an ostensibly favorable matchup against the Chicago Bears, but the Bears’ secondary unit will return their top safety Eddie Jackson to the field this evening. Across the last two weeks, Chicago has allowed 196 passing yards to the Raiders and 181 passing yards to Kirk Cousins. Herbert is likely next in line for an under on his passing yards prop against the Bears.
D.J. Moore u60.5 Receiving Yards (-110), FanDuel
Moore had a team-high 8 catches and 9 targets last weekend against the Raiders but still only managed 54 receiving yards. Tyson Bagent was only pressured on seven of his dropbacks last weekend but still posted an anemic average depth of target and reception. Moore is a weapon after the catch, which makes this play slightly risky. However, he is unlikely to see many, if any, deep targets against a respectable Chargers pass rush. The under makes sense here.
NFL DFS Pick’em
Tyson Bagent Less Than 203.5 Pass Yards, PrizePicks
Tyson Bagent completed 21 passes last weekend against the Las Vegas Raiders, but still only managed 162 passing yards. He averaged 5.6 yards per attempt in a game in which he faced almost no pressure in the pocket. Tonight, he will likely have much more difficulty against a Chargers defense that has a much better pass rush than the Raiders. Expectations should be low for Bagent on Sunday Night Football.
