Goalie

Tuukka Rask – Goalie is an absolute trainwreck today and using Rask, who has been benched for — hold on, I am verifying my notes here — Anton Khudobin? Yes, Anton Khudobin has supplanted Rask as the starting goalie for Boston. Anywho, Rask is back in the cage tonight, on home ice, and facing an underachieving Oilers squad that is weary from heavy travel of late (four games in six nights in the Eastern timezone). Boston maintains some decent defensive metrics — they are slightly above average in limiting scoring chances and high-danger shot attempts — so this is not necessarily a spot for Edmonton to blow up. The upside is a fair amount of shot volume of lower danger variety and a win on home ice. There are no perfect answers today, but Rask might be the most right.
