Who is in store for big Sunday Night Football performances? NFL betting analyst Nick Galaida has a hunch. Follow along as he breaks down his four favorite Browns vs. Ravens player props before this Week 12 matchup kicks off.

Tonight, the Cleveland Browns and the Baltimore Ravens will battle on Sunday Night Football at M&T Bank Stadium. Cleveland’s season has seemingly been a disaster, but a win tonight will pull them within a half-game of first place in their division. Baltimore has not garnered much media attention this fall, but they enter play with the second best record in the AFC. Oddsmakers are expecting a tightly-contested affair between these two division foes this evening, pricing the Ravens as a field goal favorite on the spread. After heavy line movement throughout the week, the value on the side and the total has been reduced significantly compared to its opening market price. Instead of forcing action on saturated markets, bettors may find better value on some player props this evening.

Let’s take a deeper look at the matchup to see where bettors can find value at sportsbooks in this contest.

Browns vs. Ravens Player Props

Baker Mayfield – Under 213.5 passing yards (-110)

This is a very low line for any starting quarterback, let alone a former number one overall draft selection. However, Mayfield’s health has been a considerable barrier to success this season. Having dealt with knee, groin, shoulder, and foot injuries (that we know about), Mayfield has not thrown for more than 234 yards in any of his last five games. In a 45-7 loss to the New England Patriots, Mayfield totaled only 73 yards through the air. In Cleveland’s last two wins, Mayfield has thrown for only 218 yards and 176 yards. Regardless of game script, the Browns are unlikely to trust Mayfield to throw the ball frequently down the field. Adding Jack Conklin back to the offensive line and Kareem Hunt to the backfield is only likely to further limit Cleveland’s reliance on their passing attack. Take the under here.

Jarvis Landry u43.5 receiving yards (-110)

Jarvis Landry is Cleveland’s top option in the passing game, but that has not translated to much in terms of statistical production. Despite receiving an average of 7.2 targets over his last five games, Landry has only topped 37 receiving yards once during that span. In his last three games, Landry has posted games of 26 yards, 26 yards, and 11 yards. Playing in what could be a run-heavy game script, Landry is going to find it difficult to approach 50 yards receiving this evening.

Lamar Jackson – Any Time Touchdown Scorer (+130)

Though the Browns made notable upgrades on the defensive side of the ball this past offseason, this is still a unit that is vulnerable to mobile quarterbacks that can extend plays with their legs. Cleveland allowed Lamar Jackson to run for 169 yards on only 16 carries last season in two meetings. Baltimore lacks elite playmaking at the wide receiver position. They are also inconsistent running the ball out of the backfield behind a porous offensive line. This is a good opportunity to buy-low on Jackson after he missed last week’s contest with a non-COVID illness.

Nick Chubb — Any Time Touchdown Scorer (+100)

If Calais Campbell is out tonight, it is doubtful that the Ravens will be able to do much of anything to stop Cleveland’s dynamic rushing attack. Considering that Mayfield is still banged up, and has struggled to deliver positive results this season—it would be wise for Head Coach Kevin Stefanski to trust his best running back when this team finds themselves near the goal line. Especially with Jack Conklin returning to the offensive line, it would be more than a little bit surprising if Nick Chubb was held out of the end zone in this one. At even-money, this is a wager that bettors should strongly consider.
