Monday, June 26th
Big names dominated the action on FanDuel this past Monday with bigpapagates taking down the GrandSlam while ehafner and scout326 shared the top prize in the Monster. Perhaps most impressive though is the run that jimdole has been on. The #270 ranked player in the TPOY race, he has had six of his eight biggest scores in the past month (all top three finishes in large field GPP’s) including a win in the Squeeze over the aforementioned bigpapagates. On DraftKings, papagates took down the Full Count with PetrGibbons taking 2nd and 3rd for the same amount of prize money total ($25K) while pianoclub won more than the winner of the Grand Slam when he took 2nd/3rd, and 5th-7th for a cumulative $56.5K.

Tuesday, June 27th
Tuesday some some big paydays handed out to two of the best DFS players out there as lovesbases took down the Monster for $100K on FanDuel with a Luis Severino (56 fpts) led lineup paired with stacks of four Red Sox and four Reds players. He certainly wasn’t seeing red at the end of the night. Booourns, aka youdacao, would take 2nd and 3rd in the same contest for $60K but he would not go quietly into the night as he would take down the top prize in the DraftKings Bat Flip and Medium Bat Flip as well as a score of other finishes – it would be a total of $205.5K won in those two contests giving the #3 ranked player in the TPOY race a quarter-million dollar winning night. He would also utilize a Severino/Red Sox/Reds dominated lineup with Andrew McCutchen and his 12 fpts being the lone one-off.

Three players dominated the MLB action on Wednesday with two of the current top five in the TPOY race among them. Scout326 took home $80K for a win and multiple top three finishes on both sites, ChipotleAddict added $120K to his bankroll doing the same, and bcalicore dominated the DraftKings action with two GPP wins totaling $65K.

Friday, June 30th
DraftKings ran a huge $1,776 buy-in MLB tournament that would see RotoGrinders analyst stlcardinals84 score a huge $75K payout for his third place finish (after taking down $50K earlier in the week for a second place finish). It was a blast-from-the-past mirage88, however, who would dominate that tournament with a super low-owned (all 3.2% owned or lower) Giants stack of Posey, Panik, Belt, Pence, and Span that combined for 116 fpts. Pair that stack with nearly 57 fpts from his two SPs deGrom and Ray and have you have a $200K winning lineup. Just for good measure he’d also take down the top two spots in the smaller $114K event for another $40K in winnings.
