This article has all you need to know about the FanDuel and DraftKings promo codes available Tuesday. These are two of the most popular sports betting apps in North America, and you can sign up with the promo of your choice by clicking on one of the links below.

FanDuel offers $150 in bonus bets if your first bet of $5 or more on any game wins. In Ohio and Massachusetts, they elevate that promo to $300 in bonus bets if you’re successful. In contrast, DraftKings gives out a $1,500 no sweat first bet. You’ll also get a no sweat NBA same game parlay to use every day of the playoffs.

Comparing the FanDuel & DraftKings promo codes to one another

FanDuel’s caveat of your first bet needing to win in order for you to score bonus bets is something that gives DraftKings a leg up over them since your bonus bets are guaranteed on DraftKings. The $300 bonus bets in Ohio and Massachusetts might make this a preferred bonus if you’re located in those states though.

What I like most about FanDuel compared to DraftKings is how you can use your bonus bets. FanDuel will let you divide your bonus bets into as many bets of any amount as you want as you look to use them over the next seven days.

DraftKings promo code

DraftKings’ welcome bonus changes it up in offering a no sweat first bet, which serves as a form of first bet insurance you might be familiar with from signing up on other platforms. You can wager a maximum of $1,500 and get that amount back in the form of one bonus bet if you lose.

Their daily no sweat NBA same game parlay is a feature unique to DraftKings that can be used for the remainder of the postseason. The area FanDuel has the edge over DraftKings is bonus bets, as DraftKings only gives you back one bonus bet if your first wager loses while FanDuel gives you complete freedom over how you use them over the next seven days.

What to bet on Tuesday after signing up with FanDuel or DraftKings

My attention will be on Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Pacers and Celtics, and this is a great opportunity to earn your bonus bets on FanDuel by winning your first bet by betting on the Celtics moneyline.

While a successful $5 Celtics moneyline bet on FanDuel only wins you $1.04, you’ll at least earn your bonus bets to try and get better winnings on other bets. The spread for this game is 10 points in favor of Boston, and I see them being able to cover easier than the Pacers could should you want to bet on the spread.

Between the two sportsbooks, FanDuel has the better odds on the underdog Pacers, while DraftKings has the better odds for the favored Celtics. FanDuel has the Celtics at -480 and Pacers at +370 compared to DraftKings’ -455 moneyline for Boston and +350 moneyline for Indiana.

Game 1 feels like a game the Celtics should dominate. The Pacers have had a lot less rest this postseason than Boston, who had plenty of rest in between series after making short work of their opponents. The Celtics owned this matchup in the regular season and will likely make the Pacers defense (which was below league average this year) miserable.
