Saturday, October 28th

Hello Grinders, Happy Saturday. We have a solid 8-game slate on tap for tonight with a lot of injury news. I’m going to take a slightly different approach with so many players questionable. I’m going to provide three Core Plays, but I’m also going to include a brief if/then injury section. I anticipate a lot of news will break throughout the day on Saturday, which could open up some value. I will be traveling for most of the day so I will do my best to provide an update before lock, or at the very least add some thoughts in the Comments section.

Feel free to give me a follow on Twitter. Let’s take a look at the injury news we have as of Saturday morning and how that impacts the slate:

1. Anthony Davis (Questionable) – The Pelicans game opens the slate so the good news is we’ll know early enough whether Brow will give it a go. If Davis is in, he’s a tournament play. If Davis is out, I have a hard time trusting guys like Darius Miller, Jameer Nelson, or Cheick Diallo (Cheick Please!) unless we get a clear understanding who is getting the minutes.
