MLB DFS Lineup Advice Today

Friday night brings a busy 10-game slate. We have a game in Coors Field and some chilly weather across the country, with temperatures dipping into the 30s in some spots. One of those spots is in the Coors Field game, where the Mariners are visiting the Rockies, and there is a slight threat of rain as well.

We have some offenses in good spots as well as some pitchers with strikeout upside that we can pay up for if want. Let’s sort through the slate and figure out what to do with our DFS lineups.

The Yankees are facing Tampa Bay left-hander Tyler Alexander in Yankee Stadium, and with the team carrying righty power up and down the lineup, they are my top overall stack. New York ranked 3rd in ISO and 5th in wOBA against LHP last season, and Aaron Judge, Anthony Volpe, Giancarlo Stanton, and Gleyber Torres all have hit better against LHP compared to RHP dating back to the start of last season. Alexander hasn’t done anything to make us shy away from stacking against him this season, allowing 5 HRs and 11 ER over 15.1 IP in his first 3 games.

My favorite bat here is no surprise, it’s Aaron Judge. Judge had an eye-popping .403 ISO against LHP last season and carries a career 0.984 OPS against LHP. Tonight, he’s at home in one of the best parks for home runs in baseball against a lefty in Alexander who has allowed a career .500 SLG% to righties. Giancarlo Stanton is another option in the outfield if you can’t get the salary for Judge, and he has a .286 ISO against LHP since the start of last season.
