What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?

headChopper: I’ll be playing small-field tournaments with limited entries. I’m probably going to be chalky at SP1 with Logan Gilbert. I think SP2 is the place to be a little different, getting away from Clark Schmidt. I’ll have plenty of pieces from the chalky Houston stack, but it won’t take much to be unique in those last couple of hitting spots. I’ll probably fill those with cheaper, off-the-board options from different teams.

ebeimfohr: I am typically a smaller-field player. I am leaning into that tonight because 7 games is a nice sweet spot for finding leverage and unique paths in tournaments, and the way ownership is projecting looks very advantageous. The pitching pool is very small for me, but the hitting/stacks pool is very large, so targeting the stacks projecting for lower ownership, alongside the “best” pitching plays, looks strong.

ncorfield8k: Large-field tournaments – It’s a smaller slate, but there are still a handful of stacks that look like they could separate, so I’ll mostly be playing full (5 on DK, 4 on FD) primary stacks. I’ll have a lot of Logan Gilbert, but otherwise, my pitcher exposure will be fairly spread out.

Who is your favorite pitcher (when considering price, matchup, projected ownership, etc.) on the board and why?
