What is your preferred tournament format (e.g. large-field, single-entry) to play on this slate? How do you plan to beat that field of opponents? What tactic or strategy will set you apart?
stlcardinals84: This is a fun slate that’s a little larger than normal for a Sunday, and I will be playing around 30 entries in the larger-ield tournaments. I am going to go with MacKenzie Gore over Zack Wheeler as my favorite GPP ace pitcher, while I plan to be overweight on the Braves, Orioles, and Angels as some of my favorite stack options. I will have a narrower pitching pool and will spread out my offenses a little more.
Krayton: I will be playing my usual single-entry contests along with 20-entry max contests on both sites. One way I will be getting different from the field is going overweight on Grant Holmes while being underweight on Zack Wheeler. My favorite stacks include ATL, NYY, and TEX along with CHC for a stack that seems to be going a little overlooked.
TJ Zwarych: I’ll be playing 150 lineups in large-field contests, and I plan to stick with the expensive pitching. I’ll play some Grant Holmes, but other than that, I’ll exclusively use the expensive pitching options of Zack Wheeler, Max Fried, and MacKenzie Gore. I will fade the cheap pitchers outside of Grant Holmes.
Who is your favorite pitcher (when considering price, matchup, projected ownership, etc.) on the board and why?

About the Author

Robert Brown (aka Epignosis) was having lunch at a sports bar. A football game was on. He remarked to his wife that if he could have a second life, he’d like to be someone who enjoyed watching sports. That enjoyment began when he signed up for a fantasy football league that needed one more player. Since then, he has enjoyed playing NFL, NBA, and (especially) MLB DFS. When not teaching American literature, editing content for RotoGrinders (which he has done since 2019), or making lineups, Epignosis is rocking out or jazzing it up on one of several possible instruments.
